I spend a lot of time thinking about leadership. What are the characteristics of a good leader? How much leadership (both good and bad) can influence culture and outcome. How leaders aren’t necessarily the person who’s “in charge”. I also love writing and making infographics. So, I’ve decided to bring these three things together.
